Implementation Overview Video Call
Your Onboarding Customer Success Manager (OCSM) is looking forward to answering your questions in the Implementation Overview Video Call which should be scheduled already.
Employee List
Prepare an employee list. You will need it later to upload your users into the platform. Normally we propose to include the following information (items in italics are optional):
- Personnel number
- First name
- Last name
- Function
- Department / Location
- Business email / phone
- Other information you would like to have in Beekeeper
Train yourself on the Product
Complete the sections “2 - Product Overview” and “3 - Global Admin Training”. This will enable you to understand the full potential of Beekeeper so you can begin to develop your new frontline success platform.
Schedule Product Q&A Video Call
After you have completed sections 2 and 3, you will have the chance to ask your questions to the Onboarding Customer Success Manager (OCSM). To get the most out of this call, we suggest you write down your questions beforehand.
