Project Kick off Video Call
Think about when this call could take place. Agree on a date and time with your OCSM* and invite your project team.
Participants: Beekeeper OCSM, Customer’s core project team (project lead, executive sponsor, HR, communications, IT, operations).
Employee List
Prepare an employee list prior to the Kick off call and submit it securely via the tool "Box". With this, the Onboarding Customer Success Manager (OCSM) can prepare a base structure of your platform. Normally we propose to include the following information (items in italics are optional):
- Employee Number
- First name
- Last name
- Role/Job Function
- Department / Location
- Business email / phone
- Other information you would like to have in Beekeeper
Workshop (Onsite or online, depending on agreement)
Think about when this could take place and who should attend. Agree on the date and time with your OCSM and invite your participants.
Participants: Beekeeper OCSM, Customer’s core project team, and any additional representatives of different areas of the business (departments, functions and hierarchy levels = approx. 8 - 14 people).

Note that the workshop can be split in consultation with your OCSM - so the morning and afternoon sessions can take place on different days.
If the workshop will be held onsite, please make sure that:
- You have a room that is big enough for all the participants;
- There is a bulletin board or wall where we can hang some posters;
- There is a flipchart or whiteboard;
- Wifi is available;
- Somebody is there 30 minutes prior to the workshop to receive the OCSM.
