Summary:
1. Prioritize Solutions that have great value/impact. This means that they can be implemented quickly they do not take a long time to implement as part of the rollout.
2. Other solutions should be implemented in a second phase.
Prioritization
To help you determine which solutions will be implemented first during the rollout and which ones will be implemented later, we recommend using the matrix below. In the document Template in the tab "Solutions Brainstorming" you can work with the dropdown fields "Impact / Value", "Time to implement" and "Urgency".
We recommend that you prioritize the use case solutions that have high impact / value and can be implemented quickly. Solutions that have a big impact / value but take time to implement should be planned for a later phase. Solutions with small impact / value should generally be prioritized low, especially if it takes time to implement them. If necessary, the filter "urgency" can be used to influence the prioritization.
Many solutions are very impactful and can be implemented quickly so it is ok to implement solutions that are not necessarily aligned with your prioritized use cases. That said, your positioning should be clear to your employees as soon as they open Beekeeper for the first time, so it is helpful to focus on solutions that will provide the most impact initially.
