Rollout Evaluation
The rollout is done! Congratulations! Let’s evaluate how successful you have been with your Beekeeper implementation project.
For general reflection, we recommend that you answer the following questions for yourself:
- How are you feeling?
- What did you do during the rollout?
- How was it?
- What worked well?
- What did not work well?
- What did you learn?
Now take your completed Positioning and Goals Template and Use Case Goals Template to check if you have achieved what you set out to do with your rollout.
Goals / KPIs
- How high is your activation?
- How many users are on the platform at least weekly?
Tip: You can see your activation on the dashboard under “Home” under “Activated Users”. You can see your weekly active users on the dashboard under “Analytics” => “Engagement” at “Active Users” if you select the last week in the top right corner of “Custom Range”.
- How many reading vs. contributing users do you have?
- How many forms have already been filled out?
- How many ideas have you already received?
- Etc.
Have you already sent out a survey to your users to ask them about their first impressions of Beekeeper? Also, take this opportunity right now to ask them for feedback and understand how you can add even more value to them through Beekeeper.
We also encourage you to have qualitative conversations with different people to understand what you can improve on Beekeeper.
Use Case Goals
