Success

You have now achieved your first goals and you have arrived in the success phase. In the success phase, you will take the values and practices that you’ve uncovered during onboarding and continue to build on them so you see more success over time. 

In your completed Positioning and Goals Template you have noted your thoughts on long-term KPI's, and in the Use Case Goals Template on use case goals for a later phase. In addition, in your completed solution brainstorm of the “Templates” document, you have various ideas that have probably not yet been implemented.

Take these notes out again, think about which processes you want to implement next, and set corresponding goals for the next phase.
