Project Kick off Video Call
Think about when this call could take place. Agree on a date and time with your Onboarding Customer Success Manager (OCSM) and invite your project team.
Participants: Beekeeper OCSM, Customer’s core project team (project lead, executive sponsor, HR, communications, IT, operations).
Onboarding Questionnaire
Your OCSM has sent you a copy of our Onboarding Questionnaire via email. This will help our team better understand your goals and objectives as we get started. Please return the completed questionnaire to your OCSM via email prior to your scheduled Kick Off Video Call.
Employee List
Begin to prepare an employee list prior to the Kick off call. You will work with your OCSM in the future to import this list into the Beekeeper platform. Normally we propose to include the following information (items in italics are optional):
- Employee Number
- First name
- Last name
- Role/Job Function
- Department / Location
- Business email / phone
- Other information you would like to have in Beekeeper
