Summary:
1. Process documentation, flow charts and paper forms help you to better understand the processes of your frontline employees
2. Arrange a meeting with the responsible persons to set up and test the processes in Beekeeper.
Process Planning
For processes, you don’t really need a calendar. But it is even more important that you talk with the responsible people, understand their processes in depth and then build it in Beekeeper together with them.
Filter by “Type” on the sheet “Solution Brainstorming” in the document Templates and choose all the ideas from the type “Process”.
Then, arrange a meeting with the responsible people (for now just for the solutions which you prioritized as high). When you invite them, already ask if they can provide you with process documentations, flowcharts, paper forms etc. This helps you to prepare for the meeting. At the meeting itself, ask a lot of questions to fully understand their processes. Try to build the appropriate process in Beekeeper, using Forms, Tasks, Workflows and other features. Test the process with a small group, get feedback, improve and then make sure that the responsible person informs and trains his/her team on how to use it.
