5.2 - Success (Basic Success)

Success

You have now achieved your first goals and you have arrived in the success phase. The idea now is that your success and the added value that Beekeeper offers you will always increase over time.

In your completed Positioning and Goals Template you have noted your thoughts on long-term KPI's over time, and in the Use Case Goals Template on use case goals for a later phase. In addition, in your completed solution brainstorm of the “Templates” document, you have various ideas that have probably not yet been implemented.

Take these notes out again, think about which processes you want to implement next, and set corresponding goals for the next phase.

As part of the "Basic Success" service package, the Success Team will advise you in the first year with three contact points and in the following years with six contact points via video call.
